Everything...or almost everything you need to know about us and our macarons.

Are your macarons vegan?

Yes we are a 100% vegan company. We bake everything in our private kitchen so there is no risk of cross contamination with non-vegan products either. In addition to being vegan we are also gluten-free, palm-oil free, artificial flavor/color free & soy free.

 

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes we ship to all 50 states including Alaska & Hawaii.
 

I placed my order. When will I receive it?

We ship every Tuesday and Wednesday excluding holidays and when holidays fall on Thursday/Friday. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details on shipping.
 

What is your return/refund policy?

We do not accept returns nor grant refunds. Please refer back to our Refund Policy for further details.
 

What is the shelf life of the macarons?

Our macarons are free of preservative and will last 2-3 days at room temp, 2 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 3 months in the freezer. We recommend keeping them in the freezer if you don't intend to consume right away. This is your best bet for keeping them freshest.

 

I froze my macarons. How do I defrost?

Simply leave your macarons out at room temperature for 15-20 minutes and enjoy.
 

Do your macarons contain nuts?

Macarons are traditionally made with almonds and ours are too. Our coconut macarons also contain coconut, pistachio, pistachios and seasonal flavors will have various nuts depending on the flavor. We do offer custom orders and can create nut-free macarons upon request. Please complete our Custom Order Form to place an order for nut-free macarons (please note these will still be made in our same facility and risk cross-contamination with nuts). We require a minimum order for 50 regular size macarons for any custom order including nut-free orders. Minimums are adjusted with requests as well based on size of macarons ordered.
 

Can I create a custom mixed pack box?

If you'd like a box with your flavors of choice just complete the Custom Order Form and let us know the box size you'd like and which of our flavors/counts you'd like to include.
 

I'm gifting my order. Will there be a receipt sent with my package?

We include a packing slip with each order but it only summarizes your order items, it does not include the price(s) paid. Your receipt is sent to you via email upon placing your order on our website.
 

I entered the incorrect shipping address, what should I do?

Please email us at info@theveron.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If your order was already shipped, we unfortunately will not be able to make changes to the delivery address and do not offer refunds for any packages returned to us as a result.


I would like to send Verón macarons as a gift, is there an option to include a gift message?

Thank you for sharing our cookies with your family, friends and/or co-workers, we appreciate you! Yes, we offer a gift message option which you can find in the cart page section and in the checkout section. Feel free to leave your message and who the package is from.

Do you have a physical location?

Yes! We opened our first Brick & Mortar in April 2023. We are located in Downtown Los Angeles at 601 S. Los Angeles St.  You can learn more about our location here.  You can also place an order for pickup using our menu.
